In this week’s member spotlight, we are highlighting Spencer Drakontaidis. Spencer is a West Point graduate and software engineer who joined the MVFD last year to serve the public and contribute to a cause greater than himself. After being referred by a former live-in, Spencer realized the MVFD was the perfect place to challenge himself and share a sense of community with his fellow volunteers. Spencer came to the Department with his firefighter certifications and is presently earning his emergency medical technician certification.
