The rescue squad and ambulance were alerted to assist a citizen at a local hotel this afternoon. When they arrived, crews found a small child’s head stuck in the window of a car which would not start. After trying several non invasive techniques, and avoiding breaking the glass, the squad crew dismantled the door panel and manually disengaged the window mechanism.
