Photo Drive for Christmas: October 2010

The Morningside Volutneer Fire Department has hired a company to begin collecting donations door-to-door in our first due area.  For trade of your Tax-Deductible Donation, you will received a large family photo.  You will be able to purchase more photo's from the vendor.

The vendor name is Summit Productions.  They are out of North Carolina.  They will give you a receipt with our department name at the bottom and will also place a orange dot on your mailbox, to indicate that they have already been at your house.

This photo drive will continue through the end of November 2010

Car Wash

July 24, 2010.  The Morningside Volunteers will be hosting a Car Wash from 10am - 2 pm.  We are looking for donations only for the wash.

"NATIONAL NIGHT OUT" 

August 3, 2010.  The Morningside Volunteers will be participating in National Night Out in the Town of Morningside and the Skyline Community.

ATLANTIC CITY BUS TRIP:

August 14, 2010, Morningside VFD will be hosting a Bus Trip to Atlantic City, NJ.  The bus will be leaving Morningside Firehouse @ 8 am and return @ 10 pm.  You will get 6 hours in Atlantic City to Shop, Swim or Win some money.

We will be going to the Hilton Hotel and you will receive a $20.00 rebate upon arrival.

Cost:  $45.00.  You can pay in advance using our Paypal account by following the instruction below.

BASKET BINGO:

August 28, 2010, Morningside VFD will be hosting a Basket Bingo.  Doors will open @ 12 pm (Noon), Early Bird @ 1 pm, Regular Bingo @ 1:30 pm.

You can purchase Entry Tickets in Advance for $20.00 and $25.00 at the Door.  Additional Books can be purchased for an additional $5.00.  To pay in advance using a credit card or checking account, click on our paypal account on the link below.  Please indicate that your purchase is for Basket Bingo.

OPEN HOUSE 2010:

The Morningside Volunteers will be hosting a Open House on October 16, 2010 starting @ 12 pm to 5 pm.  There will be a host of events for the Children and Adults a like.  Stay tuned for additional details.
